Redefining the Mature Woman is an intimate, in-person journey for the accomplished woman who is ready to come home to herself — through soulful circle work, guided meditation, narrative practice, and grounding Pilates.
Begin Your ApplicationThis is not another thing to do well. You are not broken, and you are not here to be fixed. You are here to reconnect, reclaim, and redefine — on your own terms.
This is a committed, closed circle of women who walk seven thresholds together — beginning with a longer opening intensive in November, then gathering one Sunday a month, January through June.
Commitment is what creates safety. A closed circle is what builds the trust that lets accomplished women finally take off the mask. You are not buying sessions; you are walking a passage — witnessed the whole way.
Each gathering includes a guided workbook, and closes with one small act to carry into your month.
Witnessed sharing — small, true, unfixed. The rare experience of being seen, not managed.
Unhurried inner journeys that quiet the doing and reintroduce you to the woman underneath.
Naming the story you've been living — and authoring, in your own hand, the one you choose now.
Movement matched to each theme, adapted for every body — because reconnection becomes real in the body.
Each month holds one threshold — a descent and return that, walked in order, remakes how you see yourself.
Who am I beneath who I became?
What has the holding cost me?
Can I let myself be cared for?
What have I never let myself grieve?
Can I return to the body I overrode?
Whose definition am I living?
Who am I becoming, on my own terms?
You are competent, capable, and used to being the one who holds everything. You are not looking for healing that treats you as a problem. You're looking for a room where you don't have to perform.
Maturity is not your ending. It is your most radiant chapter, written from a place of wisdom.
Every option includes the full seven-session journey, your printed workbook and welcome kit, and a place in a small, curated circle.
Enrollment is by application and a short, unhurried conversation — so every woman in the circle feels safe, seen, and at home.
Sarah's work weaves narrative practice, visualization, and sacred circle into one experience: a room where accomplished women can finally set down the mask of I've got it handled and meet the woman underneath. She believes maturity is not a quiet exit — it is a woman's most radiant chapter, and she has built this journey to prove it.
Andi holds the body and the breath of this journey. A Pilates instructor with a gift for meeting every body exactly where it is, she closes each session with movement matched to its theme — grounding, releasing, strengthening, opening — so that what the heart touches, the body gets to keep.
The Unmasking: 7 Questions for the Woman Who Built the Life is a free journal mini-guide drawn from the heart of this journey — seven unhurried questions, one for each threshold, to sit with in your own time.
